April 4, 2027
This lovely free concert series has been going on for 35 years, hosting a variety of musical styles. The month of April always features a songwriter to celebrate National Poetry Month, and I'm honored to be invited to fill this slot in 2027. My concert will include both songs of my own writing, and also songs that I consider the cream of the crop of folk writers across the continent, going as far back as Woody Guthrie, all the way up to several of my favorite contemporary songwriters. I'll also be sure to include at least a couple of my poems, just to round things off.
I'm delighted to be getting back to my roots in central Vermont, as it's been a long time since I ventured north again. The concert is free to the public. I believe there's no need to make reservations, I'll confirm that with more details soon.
