A moment of quiet in a busy season
Montague Common Hall, 34 Main Street, Montague, MA
Tickets are $18, and $8 for children under 12, payable at the door by cash or check; please reserve in advance
My annual solstice concerts return at last, this one in the lovely Montague Common Hall, on the green in Montague, MA. I am delighted to have Anand with me again this year. We’ll be adding a number of seasonal favorites to our usual eclectic repertoire of songs – including a couple of fabulous new songs I’m excited to share with you. All with vocals, guitar, tenor ukulele and banjo. I am so excited to be able to sing for and with you again!!
Please note that our intention is to create a safe environment for all, including those most vulnerable in our community. To that end, we follow a higher standard in our Covid protocols than the CDC rules. Anand and I will follow these protocols, including taking a rapid test that day, except that we’ll un-mask while on stage. See below for details.
COVID PROTOCOLS:
1. All attendees must be fully vaccinated for Covid, including a current bivalent booster.
2. Proof of vaccination is required. Please reserve in advance and send proof of vaccination and booster for each attendee to the organizer email below. You may show your vaccination card at the door if that’s easier, but sending it ahead will speed entry to the hall.
3. All attendees are required to wear a well-fitting N95, KN95 or KF94 mask while inside the building, aside from briefly lowering the mask to drink water. Band members may un-mask when on stage. I’ve found the KF94s* to be the most comfortable for singing – and you may wish to sing with us on some of the songs. I hope so!
4. No refreshments will be served. You may bring your own water bottle if you wish.
5. If you have symptoms of a cold, Covid or the flu, have been recently exposed to Covid, or if you have not yet tested negative following a case of Covid, please stay home.
6. As an extra precaution, in order to ensure a safe environment for our most vulnerable participants, please take a Covid rapid antigen test before the concert. Only people who test negative AND have no symptoms or exposure should come to the concert. We will not require proof of a negative test; we ask this as a courtesy, and we all thank you.
7. If you test positive for Covid within one week after the concert, please let us know.
*KF94’s are also called KN95 3D masks, and are available at WellBefore.com. We will have a few at the door as needed, for a suggested donation of $2 to cover costs.
